The timetable I set up at the beginning is:

September 15: DEADLINE to PM me with your info (and post in this thread as a double check)

September 30: date by which I will PM you the name and mailing address of your recipient (hopefully much earlier)

Mid-October: Get your poetry-related exchange gift into the mail, allowing plenty of time to arrive by Samhain (October 31)

I will also post a couple of reminders as we approach mid-October.

Hi, Cill Mates.

I've just finished PMing all the participants in the Samhain poetry exchange, so you should all have the mailing addresses for your recipients.

If you PM'd me that you wanted to participate but have NOT received a PM from me with your recipient's info, please let me know ASAP so I can correct the mistake.

Please try to get your poetry-related item in the mail in time to arrive at your recipient's address BY Monday, October 31. For most of us, shipping by October 15 will be sufficient, but international shipping might require additional time.

In the interest of full disclosure: I was not able to do a completely random name draw. In order to accommodate some participants' requests to NOT ship internationally, I had to do a 2-part draw. However, I think the results are pretty good.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
