The Hole Behind Midnight by Clinton Boomer (e-book on my Kindle). WAY too much fun, reminiscent of Douglas Adams--but with, as my mother would have said, "blue language." VERY blue. No less funny--just a heads-up for anyone for whom that could be an issue.

Darkfever by Karen Marie Morning: Seelie faes, Unseelie faes, a seer who is able to see both, a murder to investigate and a forbidden book that both Fae courts are 'hunting' by any means necessary.

I am just at the beginning but i am really loving it so far.

I even like that the female lead is not the classic tough girl but rises to the occasion with the determination and strenght all the same.

Finally finished Game of Thrones and have started on A Clash of Kings. I am also reading the Outer Temple of Witchcraft by Christopher Penczak.

Carpathia by Matt Forbeck (ebook on Kindle, from Amazon). The Titanic sinks, the Carpathia is the first rescue ship to arrive--but talk about frying pans and fires. Hee hee hee. Makes me wonder why no one thought of this before, really--but I'm glad it was my friend Matt who did, and ran with it.

I just finished The Night Circus by Ering Morgenstern and i was so awed that I had to pout it all, right away, in a review for that witchy reading challenge I am partecipating in:

As I've gone back to uni for the year i'm reading Aristotle's "Nicomachean Ethics"
I've read most of it before and it's pretty interesting and very readable as far as classical philosophy goes.

Right now I'm reading Patrick Rothfuss's 'The Name of the Wind' for an online book club I'm a part of. It's part one of the 'The Kingkiller Chronicle' series, and in the fantasy genre.

I'm very early in, but I'd recommend it so far, it's keeping me hooked!
