I've noticed that on some level, my eating habits and my worldview don't line up. I hate the way food is treated in the US, slaughter practices... etc. But my body hates me when I stop eating meat. It's not the lack of meat per say, but the alternatives just don't sit well in my stomach. I found that I was always hungry, and the more processed fake meat (tofu, soy type things) sat horribly in my stomach. So I was limited to vegetables and rice (most wheat type things don't sit well either). For whatever reason, it just didn't work for me.



I do hope that in the future, I will be able to afford humane meats. If only if only XD
