Welcome to our newest member, Jen (Hufflee)!  Jen, I've put you on the 14th shift with Ellen, because I haven't seen her around much and I suspect she might appreciate some backup right now; depending how things go with completing the check-in, I might need to move you next cycle, but I hope not.

Micheál and Chatelaine, I've left you in the same shifts as for the current cycle, the 9th and 18th respectively; I think those will be permanent for you.

The Great Upgrade is (barring further delays) scheduled for later today, so after this I should be able to take on both calendars again, but since I don't know how much tweaking and troubleshooting I'll have to do, it's better to ask you (Juni) to handle them one more time rather than risk not being able to get to it for several days.  I really appreciate you covering for me on this!

Argh, that should read Aug 30 - Sep 18.  I forgot to go back and change it before I hit "post" (and can't edit using lightweight style, because it won't give me the required "reason for edit" box).  If some kindly person with staff powers - which I think should include to Juni and Finn here in the Cill - could fix that, I'd appreciate it very much.

I took your reply to mean both that you could cover it for this cycle, and that you were fine with having it as your regular shift in future cycles, but I didn't re-post the schedule to show it - I did, though, include that change in the roster for the upcoming cycle.

Hmmm... I bet I know what happened.  The thing that needs editing isn't the roster in this thread, it's the calendars!  I can't blame it on me not being able to access them, because I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have thought of it even if I could.  But that's a really good point - it's all very well, in this thread, to leave it for the next cycle's roster instead of reposting, especially since the relevant discussion probably happened here, but the calendars need to reflect what's actually happening on a day to day basis.

I don't know if you went ahead and tended on the 18th shift or not - if you did, great; if not, well, I've long felt that Brigid takes care of the gaps when needed, so don't worry about it.  But, yep, that'll be your shift now.
