Psionics, or direct magic(k), here. Belief in an otherworld (astral, etheric) of psychic forces that can be manipulated through disciplined thought... and intersects with the mundane world, or the physical plane, at certain junctions. Influence on the emotions of people, for one example of a junction. Perception of time, for another (retrocognition, or divination.) Extrasensory perception. Psychokinesis... which I've never gotten to, preferring to stick around lucid dreams and astral projection. The otherworld may also be perceived as populated by nonphysical, nonhuman spiritual entities -- this has been my experience, not necessarily the same as other practitioners of direct magick, even others who specialize in astral projection. Meditation seems to be generally agreed upon as the basis of this practice.

Sometimes I take steps towards using symbolic items, so it's not strictly direct magic(k) anymore, but it's not strictly ceremonial either.

Wiccish witchy stuff, heavy emphasis on simple/folk.
GD-style ceremonial interests me, and I've studied it, but have no reason to implement all that ritual.

Witchcraft (non-religious) with some Golden Dawn-style ceremonial magic on the side. I don't do a lot of magic, but when I do I tend to go for simple and direct. I learned CM first, however, and still use parts of it, although it is hardly "simple".

Very simple, quasi-traditional folk magic and charms, with a little ecstatic rhythm/dance/chanting thrown in.  I like my magic visceral.

What makes sense to me, which is a mix out of folk magical practices, including hoodoo, and whatever works from tradtional Western (and/or astrological) symbolism. Mostly I use the above for candle magic.

Gnrgh.  It occurs to me that 'I don't do much magic' is less and less accurate as time goes by.  Consequences of training in a religious witchcraft tradition, eh?

Feri energetic disciplines and cleansing.  Minor manifestations.

Odd bits of folk magic, some hoodoo-influenced.

Runic Inscriptions for the main part, a dash of other systems and a strong connection to Akashic Energy.

Interesting.  May I ask, from what info sources does Heka derive?  Is it an authentic re-creation?
