Intuition, mostly. Like I said, it'll stop reading if I place it somewhere it doesn't like for storage. I'll get I guess...pseudo-headaches? if I place it somewhere it doesn't want to be - not actual pain, but I'll feel bothered by where I put it. Of course, it is more than possible (more likely) that my brain simply wants the deck to be placed in a certain area.



Where I keep it right now is on top of my Tarot journal, on top of my other journals, on one of the only counters I have. I used to keep it next to my altar, but I don't have my altar space anymore. The only places I can put it now without getting the 'off' feeling/fake-headache are in my backpack (small pocket) and on the Tarot journal.
