Not sure if what happens to me is a "psychic ability" or not...I just know that I am overly sensitive to other's emotions and that at times, it can overwhelm me. Walking into a crowded room with a hundred emotions buzzing around is enough to send me into a panic attack if I am not careful...and I am NOT a person that is prone to anxiety attacks in normal, everyday life.

Every time I hear people bragging about having psi powers I roll my eyes, because it's quite obvious they have no clue what they're talking about and wouldn't know what it's like to be psi if it bit them on the arse.

I am not sure that I would consider being an empath as having psi powers....I know some people are just more sensitive to whats around them than others.

You and the others have given me an idea for a thread concerning practical psi advice. I think it could be very helpful to have some voices of experience about it.
