I'm going to be doing some server work tomorrow which will require rebooting the server at least once. The MUX will go down when I do the first reboot and will remain down until I'm finished. When it comes back up it will probably give people using the Flash web client a security error until I can manage to sweet-talk the Flash security server into working again. This "sweet-talking" sometimes takes a LONG time.

I'll post in this thread when things seem to be back to normal.

If the Flash Policy Server wasn't such a pain-in-the-ass rebooting the system would be much easier. Fortunately, with Linux required reboots are relatively rare. Generally, only when you have to update the kernel.

The Flash Policy Server is a "security" program Flash now requires to be running on any server that Flash-based software (like our web Mux client) wants to contact. As a security feature it is sort of limited. As implemented, it's a royal pain to setup and run.
