Welcome to the Cauldron.

Favorite in what sense?
Like in 'favorite aunt'? Favorite myth? Favorite color?

I was thinking favorite as in the Goddess a person accesses the most in their spiritual doings.  The one they like the best.  The one you think of the most.  The one who looks out for you.  Stuff like that.

And thanks for the welcome   :-)

Well, mine is not a goddess.  But to answer your question it's Set, although I was very hesitant to deal with him at first.

As for a goddess, it's Wadjet.

The one you like the best, now that is about as human as you can get in assigning human emotions to a goddess.  Even the very notion of the one you like the best is pretty thin, sort of reminds me of the story of Paris and his judging of Hera, Aphrodite and Athena to determine who was the most beautiful and fairest of the goddesses which some might claim initiated the Trojan War.

For me I do not have a favorite but I have four I am sworn to and make libations and offerings to.  Four that I speak to equally as I do not hold one more important than another though I may call upon one more than another depending upon which sphere of influence I see them holding.

Those four are Artemis, Hecate / Hekate, Bast and Pahket in no particular order of preference.  Each equally important to me, each I speak to and honor in ways as I understand them or based upon ancient practices as I understand them to be.

Actually, that's assigning human emotions to a human.  No-one asked if the goddess likes you back, and in this context it doesn't even matter.  I like bunches of them, based on their myths and their modern cognates, based on their areas of expertise, some just based on one or two lines attributed to them in situations that inspire me.

If you mean addressing or applying human emotions to a goddess, well, what other kind of emotions do we actually know anything about?  Godly emotions, whether they are human-like or alien, are pretty much irrelevant here.  We like who we like.

I don't really work with goddesses much, but if I REALLY had to pick one, I'd choose Gaia.

I'm still fairly new to the concept of deity, but I'm finding myself more and more drawn to Brighid.

technically I work with Hecate and have grown to like of her what I could carve out from within the neowiccan construct of her that made me purposely avoid her for so long.
BUT if we're just going with like rather than worship etc.
then I'm a big fan of any goddesses that are related to crows wolves and canines and the moon.
in particular I like Hella and the Morrigan and/or all their three separate facets, babt etc.
I am not a fan of the swishy sqwuishy good and light and flowers and babies kinda goddesses, but it's nothing to do with wanting to be spookyooky or anything, they just not appeal.
I've got a big canine werewolf thing going on,I originally went 'pagan' because I found myself worshiping the moon.
I work ith dogs in my daily life ,have raised a crow, have a thing for mismatched symmetry....something onbothsides but opposite looking...and like black white and grey together...*shrug*
so the black waters, stormy nights, possibly temperamental goddeses appeal to me alot.
Ize bel zafen.

Hekate - She is the first deity to ever move in my life actively and I turn up to Her when I am uncertain, simply because She has been my constant for many years.

Right now tough I am intensely crushing on the Morrigan and well, She is around too, so I feel unable to name one as exclusive favorite. ;)

Let me add my welcome to the list

As far as a favorite Goddess, I really have no choice as She chose me years ago and has shown me love in all it's forms, from keeping me out of major trouble to challenging me to be better -

Brigid is one of my Patrons and I love Her no matter Her mood nor what She asks of me.
