Is this seller of figurines reputable?

I fell in love with the items sold in this online shop:
    https://www.figuren-shop.de/gothic-shop/index.php

But I am kind of distrusting when it comes to new online sources and the fact this shop is German makes me uneasy (for language reasons, even if the site offers translations)... most of clients reviews are in German, so I am afraid that international shipping would not be safe... anyone here can vouch pro or against it?

Also, if someone can reccommend a similiar european eshop, I would be obliged... I am mostly interested in aquiring an Hekate figurite and a skeleton bride-and-groom figurine.

Can't help you there, I am afraid.
I have also browsed in that shop, and have it added in my links I think, the shop itself is an e-trusted shop. You can see this label on the right?

That is usually a good reference.

The people reviewing, were usually pretty happy with the way the shop handled things and the shipping was quick. If you want to know something in specific, I can translate things to you.

(They send to your country, it is 11.90 Euro for shipping, and you can pay with credit card, paypal or payment in advance.)

Thank you Tana. Does Electron VISA count as credit card for them? In Italian, we call it a different name but it's commonly used as a credit card... but I don't know if it's the same in Germany.

You should write them an email and ask. I bet they understand English.
Since I don't have any credit cards, I can't tell any differences.

Just making a guess here, and I might be completely off-base - but, would that be a pre-paid money card (often called a pre-paid credit card)?

Yes, it is a prepaid card (in Italy we call it postepay because you do it in mail offices (mail=posta in Italian). I emailed the site owners for surety, just in case, but most online shops should accept it, according my online digging... I just made one tough so I am extra paranoid.

Heh - I completely get that. I haven't yet used mine for online shopping, partly because I'm nervous about whether it'll work like it's supposed to. No reason it shouldn't; that's just me.

I feel your pain. I was totally reluctant but that Hekate statue, I wanted it so badly and damn, no Italian shop would sell it... or any other Hekate statues for the matter.

I emailed the shop-owner and he was really professional about answering all my questions- he actually called whatever transation-visa-center they use and let me know as soon he could.

Apparently pre-paid cards are not accepted as payment per se, but you can handle the issue by using paypal without registering and paypal will 'mediate' between your prepaid card and the shop.

So far I got an excellent impression of the seller, but i'll let you know after my pretty things come home.

I was told that shipment takes from 3 to 5 working days for my country... that's pretty quick considering that books i order by deastore can take weeks.

By way, for those of you who worship the Kemetic pantheon and are looking for figurines at a reasonable price, the sister shop has a very pretty collection, and some are really cheap-priced:

Also, for those among us that serve the Ghedes... Baron and MamanB were strongly apprecciative of the 'love never dies' series of figurines (which, unsurprisingly, has skeletons spouses making out).

IDK about international prepaid CC style cards but for the ones in the U.S. a lot of times to do an online purchase you have to register a physical billing address either over the web or via a phone number (the information is usually on the back of the card), I come across folks running into trouble w/them at work usually due to a lack of a billing address from time to time. Just a thought.
