Uploading Pictures

Hi,

I was trying to upload a picture to one of the Cill threads but I kept getting an error message saying I wasn't logged in or didn't have permission to perform the action. I know I was logged in so do I need permission to attach the picture?

How were trying to upload the file (in the file manager window? some other way?). What was the file's extension (type) and file size (there are limits on both file size and height and width).
