Assassin's Creed
A thread for all things Assassin's Creed, the popular historical science fiction gaming series put out by Ubisoft (Canada represent!).
Just a polite note: Please make a mention at the beginning of your post if it has spoilers for any of the upcoming games (so far this is AC: Revelations and AC III), or at your discretion. Thanks!

Re: Assassin's Creed
Oh, goodie, I can ask a question I've been wondering about. My son started playing the first game a couple of months ago. He seems to really enjoy it. I don't know much about the game itself other than what I've seen on the screen in passing, have read on the game covers and what my son has explained but I saw the books when I was last at the used bookstore and wondered how good they were. Do they follow the in-game storyline faithfully? Are the well written? Are the books worth picking up or do they fall flat and disappoint all but the most ardent of collectors?
