    To the Editor:

Ample evidence indicates that chocolate may have beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system. Chocolate consumption has been shown to reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure in short-term randomized feeding trials (1), and has been demonstrated to improve endothelial and platelet function and to ameliorate insulin resistance (2). Moreover, flavonoids in chocolate possess strong antioxidant activity and can suppress oxidation of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (3).

If they told me it caused strokes, I'd probably still eat it.

    Chocolate and SPAM Spaghetti

    Ingredients

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 ounces HERSHEY'S® dark chocolate, melted
    2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S® baking cocoa
    1 tablespoon powdered sugar
    1 (48-ounce) jar PREGO® classic spaghetti sauce
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® With Bacon
1 can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained and if desired
1 box fresh strawberries, if desired

    Directions

In food processor, combine flour, eggs, chocolate, cocoa and powdered sugar; process until mixture forms a ball.
On lightly floured surface, knead dough 10 minutes or until smooth. With rolling pin or pasta machine, roll dough into 1-millimeter thickness. With spaghetti cutter, cut dough into thin strands.
Bring large pot of water to a boil. In saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce. In separate pan, heat oil.
Add chocolate spaghetti to boiling water; cook 20 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, roll SPAM® With Bacon into 1-inch balls; fry in hot oil. Place SPAM® balls in warm spaghetti sauce. Pour sauce over chocolate spaghetti. Garnish with oranges and strawberries
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.

Given the effort we put into forgetting these (when we make the error of reading them to begin with) are you surprised when we have duplicates? Especially that far apart - the memory had time to die and the ghost to dissipate.
