I would be interested, though location + monetary issues considered, I'm afraid I won't be able to get my hands on the book. Would it be possible for the discussion to be publicly viewable? We're planning on the discussion taking place in this folder. Maybe you could get the book with an interlibrary loan. I just noticed that you are in the Czech Republic, so I don't know if you will have the same sort of access to interlibrary loans. But you are definitely still welcome to join in the discussion.
