Feeling energy

I am practicing on feeling energies. I can feel energies of other people. I can tell when they are complete bull, or when the person seems happy and they are complety upset or sad. Every time I hold a crystal or a stone or any object, Ill concentrate on it and then I feel a throbing sensation. its that the energy?

That happens to me. Especially with trees and other plants. I definitely think that it's the energy. Nothing is completely stationary. Everything is composed of atoms, atoms are constantly vibrating. (It's a LOT more scientific and intelligent than that, but it's the best way I could explain)

However, if you DO grasp an object too tightly, you MAY feel a throbbing that COULD be attributed to your own pulse. So if you are trying to feel the energy of something, try just lightly laying your hands on it, or holding it loosely in your hand.

is that the energy?

I've can feel other peoples energy or emotional state from time to time. I can usually tell if they're lying to me but it's off and on. The only way I know how to practice is learning how to control your own energy and be able to expel a layer of it into the room your in with people. This usually helps me connect with people but it is a little intrusive to not say your probing them, eh?

Learn how to shift your energy it is something you can about aesthetically feel flowing around you.

I've only bumped into one absolutely putrid energy and that was at a coffee shop that was having a party for someone. The guys energy was just disgusting and made me want to vomit or have a psychotic episode just like the guy had a heavy conscience with something filthy or repulsive on it and he didn't look any better either.

My Mother though emits a lot of negative energy and malice and doesn't know it. It's almost agonizing to be around to woman I swear to it. She's a widow and hasn't recovered and is just plain nasty and rude and depressed. UGH. Had to get that off my shoulders.

Maybe I'm a bit late with this but...I get energy "signals" from plants, rocks, crystals and certain old objects. Certain old hand me down things give me a sense that they were cherished.The tricks, for me anyway, is making out which signals are my own and which are coming from outside. I just had to practice for a few years before I could claim some experience at it and I'm still learning.
